The City of Carlsbad Renews Contract with Productivity Associates, Inc.
San Diego, Ca (April 23, 2010) – The City of Carlsbad renewed its contract with PAI to augment the internal help desk by providing around-the-clock technical support services to all city departments. This is the second extension of the contract that was originally awarded in 2008.
PAI and Carlsbad previously worked together from 1998 to 2003, and Carlsbad returned to PAI after a negative experience with another provider.
