Mentor Solutions Renews Contract with Productivity Associates, Inc.
for Dedicated Customer Support

San Diego, CA (August 17, 2010) – Productivity Associates, Inc. enters its fourth year of providing dedicated customer support to Mentor Solutions for their practice management software, which is designed for the cosmetic surgery industry.

When Mentor Solutions first signed on as a client in mid-2007, they were launching a new version of their software and needed help to handle the expansion of their market base. Their internal support staff was small, and job turnover was a concern due to the cost of training and the loss of internal resources.

PAI provided a stable, cost-effective transition to a dedicated support team as Mentor Solutions’ market base more than doubled. The new system enhanced performance and accountability, and through the development of proper support and knowledge management tools, Mentor Solutions was protected from turnover risks and received augmented knowledge retention.
