The 3 Help Desk Initiatives - A Help Desk Best Practice
Productivity Associates, Inc. developed a unique and more advanced approach to
managing technical support in any organization. We call it a Corporate Productivity
Model, a proprietary technical support model specifically designed to achieve the
greatest strategic impact on the success and well-being of the organization and it's
employees. These philosophies and processes were designed out of our expertise in end
user support and process management and will directly influence the effectiveness of

What is this unique approach? Simple really. Don't treat the support function as
simply a helpdesk coupled with some IT folks running around trying to put out daily
